Putnam County Service Officers

File disability claims on behalf of military veterans for service connected compensation from injuries or illnesses received while on active duty.

File for Non-Service Connected Pension for low income wartime veterans/widows/widowers who are age 65 or older.

VA pension for Veterans who may have a NON-service connected injury who are no longer able to work. This program is for low income veterans.

Counsel veterans and their dependents on specific VA issues.

Assist Veterans family members with filing for burial benefits.

Assist Veterans with filing for their DD214 and military medical records.

Conduct outreach to Veterans Service organizations and local community organizations.
